Thrivent Action projects
Thrivent Members!!
Did you know that you can apply for and receive $500 each year from Thrivent for projects of your choice? These are called Thrivent Action projects. (Congregational members of a church in Rapid City applied for many and received over $11,000 from Thrivent last year….no strings attached.) Some of us have used them for the Easter Egg Hunt, the LWML Bazaar, the confirmation quilts, etc. And, we would like to have you think about how you might put your $500 to use! Go online to Thrivent and look for Action team. The Academy, the ECC, the quilters, and other groups in the church could put your money to good use! Or, you could use it for an organization of your choice outside of our church. Remember, that’s a free $500 to benefit something of your choice.
