LWML “Prayer Shawl” Ministry
Do you crochet or knit??
LWML (Lutheran Women Mission League) here at Divine Shepherd is looking for someone to Chair the “Prayer Shawl” ministry. Shawls are made and given to members in need of comfort. Fleece blankets are also made and given out for that purpose. As chair, you would make sure we have yarn and fleece available for women in the church who would like to make these to be given out. You would also keep record of who has received these items. This isn’t a big, time-consuming job, but it is a very rewarding one.
